My Bio

My name is Alice and I'm from Vancouver, British Columbia; actually, strictly speaking, I'm from Guang Zhou, China as I was born there. I came to Canada when I was six years old and ever since then I had fallen in love with Vancouver and love being a Canadian.

When I was little my mom had always wanted me to become a nurse. After high school graduation, I had focused my study in the nursing field. I had first attended Sprott Shaw Community College to obtain my License Practical Nurse (LPN) license in 2006. After obtaining my LPN license, I had started to work for GF Strong Rehabilitation Center, which is under Vancouver Coastal Health. Not long, I realized I want to expand my scope of practice, therefore, I had then attended Athabasca University to finish my Bachelor of Nursing to become a Registered Nurse. In 2011 I had finally obtained my license as a Registered Nurse and had continued to work within the Vancouver Coastal Health.

I'm currently enrolled in Athabasca University for Masters of Health Studies. My goals are to do join some nursing research team and also get into the management level of the health care system. Masters of Health Studies is the best fit for me to accomplishing my goals.
